1、横向移动机构（仅焊车）采用丝杆螺母，拖板导向结构与底座连为一体，重心低，使焊车稳定可靠，调整平稳，灵活。

2、垂直进给采用丝杆螺母和导柱导向，转动轴颈处配有径向轴承，结构简单，体积小、重量轻、转动灵活。 

3、将减速送丝电机和悬臂设计为一体、重量轻、重心分布合理，外形整齐、增加了焊车在焊接过程的稳定性。

4、配有导轨（仅焊车），使焊车在导轨上进行固定路线焊接。

Product Features

1. The lateral movement mechanism (only for welding vehicles) adopts screw nuts, and the drag guide structure is integrated with the base, with a low center of gravity, making the welding vehicle stable, reliable, and adjustable smoothly and flexibly.

2. Vertical feed adopts screw nut and guide column guidance, and radial bearings are equipped at the rotating shaft neck. The structure is simple, small in size, light in weight, and flexible in rotation.  

3. The deceleration wire feeding motor and cantilever are designed as one unit, with light weight, reasonable center of gravity distribution, neat appearance, and increased stability of the welding vehicle during the welding process.

4. Equipped with guide rails (welding car only), allowing the welding car to perform fixed route welding on the guide rails.
