MZK-D(G)埋弧焊控制器配合MZ-D逆变埋弧焊电源和埋弧焊小车或机头,实现埋弧焊的自动化焊接,适合不同规格的焊丝,可以焊接碳钢、低合金钢、不锈钢、耐热钢及其复合钢材。
1、专门和MZ-D逆变埋弧焊机配套使用。可预置电流、电压和焊接速度。
2、 具有可存储12组(11组降特性和1组平特性)焊接工艺规范功能。
3、点动送丝时,焊丝接触工件自动停止下送,防止顶弯焊丝和影响引弧。焊丝粘接工件时可强迫送丝。
4、具有平降特性转换功能,适合熔嘴电渣焊和埋弧焊工艺。
5、具有慢送丝引弧功能和结束焊接时焊丝回抽功能。
6、具有任意设置慢送电压,慢行电压,手动送丝电压,反抽电压,反抽时间的功能。
7、控制板采用光电隔离技术,有效减少因控制线短路造成烧坏控制板的故障。
8、具有故障代码报错功能,可快速排查焊机或控制箱故障。

Product Features
The MZK-D (G) submerged arc welding controller, in conjunction with the MZ-D inverter submerged arc welding power source and submerged arc welding cart or head, achieves automated submerged arc welding. It is suitable for different specifications of welding wires and can weld carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and composite steel.
1. Specially used in conjunction with MZ-D inverter submerged arc welding machine. Can preset current, voltage, and welding speed.
2. It has the function of storing 12 sets (11 sets of descending characteristics and 1 set of flat characteristics) of welding process specifications.
3. When tapping the wire feed, the wire will automatically stop feeding when it contacts the workpiece, preventing the wire from bending and affecting arc initiation. Wire feeding can be forced when bonding workpieces with welding wire.
4. It has the function of converting flat characteristics and is suitable for both melting nozzle electric slag welding and submerged arc welding processes.
5. It has the function of slow wire feeding and arc initiation, as well as the function of wire retraction when welding is completed.
6. It has the function of arbitrarily setting slow feed voltage, slow line voltage, manual wire feed voltage, reverse voltage, and reverse time.
7. The control board adopts photoelectric isolation technology, effectively reducing the failure of burning out the control board caused by short circuits in the control lines.
8. Equipped with fault code error reporting function, it can quickly troubleshoot welding machine or control box faults.
9. Automatic compensation for grid voltage and arc fluctuations, stable welding process parameters.
