10、设有焊接时台车行走锁定接口,可以和台车控制系统连接,避免焊接时因误操作导致台车移动。
11、设有冷却水异常告警保护功能,当循环冷却水箱未开或冷却水流量明显减小、断流或堵塞时,向用户发出声光告警,同时自动停止焊接过程,以避免焊枪和水冷电缆因过热损坏。

The specially designed welding current detection and control system has the characteristics of anti vibration, high precision, and high reliability due to its independence from the ammeter pointer (unlike the Watanabe meter used by other welding machine factories that relies on the movement of the ammeter pointer).

It has the functions of three coordinate (ZHS) or two coordinate (ZHS (L)) position adjustment, horizontal rotation, cross direction tilt angle adjustment, and wire cross straightening, which can easily adjust the position and angle of the electric slag welding gun, so that the end of the welding wire is in the direction of the welding gun axis.
10. There is a locking interface for the trolley during welding, which can be connected to the trolley control system to prevent the trolley from moving due to misoperation during welding.
11. Equipped with cooling water abnormal alarm protection function, when the circulating cooling water tank is not turned on or the cooling water flow is significantly reduced, cut off or blocked, an audible and visual alarm will be issued to the user, and the welding process will be automatically stopped to avoid damage to the welding gun and water-cooled cable due to overheating.
