It is suitable for different specifications of welding wires and can weld carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, and composite steel.

此埋弧焊控制器交直流通用,自适应交流埋弧焊电源和直流埋弧焊电源。直流埋弧焊时自适应电源极性切换。点动送丝速度无级可调,点动送丝时,焊丝接触工件自动停止下送,防止顶弯焊丝和 影响引弧。焊丝粘接工件时可强迫送丝。 采用宽电网电压技术,在额定电网电压±20%范围内能稳定工作。  具有慢送丝引弧、低压退丝和焊丝回烧功能。 焊缝成形、可靠性和稳定性均优于老型号的控制器。 

Product Features

This submerged arc welding controller is compatible with both AC and DC, and can adapt to both AC and DC submerged arc welding power sources. Adaptive power source polarity switching during DC submerged arc welding. The wire feeding speed can be infinitely adjusted by tapping, and when tapping, the wire contacts the workpiece and automatically stops feeding, preventing the wire from being bent and affecting arc initiation. Wire feeding can be forced when bonding workpieces with welding wire. Adopting wide grid voltage technology, it can operate stably within a range of ± 20% of the rated grid voltage. It has the functions of slow wire feeding arc initiation, low voltage wire withdrawal, and wire reflow. The welding seam forming, reliability, and stability are all superior to the old model controller.
