本系统焊机由1台MZE-1250B交流埋弧焊电源、1台MZ-1250或1600直流埋弧焊电源、2个SQSS机头、2个MZK-D-1控制器组成的悬挂式埋弧焊接工作站。
本系统焊机比小车式埋弧焊更能高速的焊接，而且热循环过程相对较慢，有利于焊缝中微量元素的扩散，提高焊缝性能。可以满足薄板和厚板、对接、角接及表面堆焊的多种应用。

This system welding machine is a suspended submerged arc welding workstation consisting of one MZE-1250B AC submerged arc welding power source, one MZ-1250 or 1600 DC submerged arc welding power source, two SQSS heads, and two MZK-D-1 controllers.
The welding machine of this system is more capable of high-speed welding than the car type submerged arc welding, and the thermal cycling process is relatively slow, which is conducive to the diffusion of trace elements in the weld and improves the performance of the weld. It can meet various applications such as thin and thick plates, butt joints, corner joints, and surface welding.
